Norma Sartoretto

Monarch Geophysical Services Ltd

May 1999 – Present: Senior Geophysicist

Norma is one of Monarch’s most experience geophysicists and is employed as a Senior Project Geophysicist supervising the processing of 2D and 3D seismic projects, both land and marine. She has recently worked on a number of 3D Pre-STM reprocessing projects which were multi-survey data sets (up to 20 input data sets) in the UK CNS. Norma has also supervised many depth migration projects including a complex Pre-SDM from the Norwegian sector. A very recent Pre-STM project in the UK CNS lead to some inversion studies.

In April 2016 she has just been completing a major depth migration project at Dolphin Geophysical from the Porcupine Basin. This was complicated by the need to map the intrusive sills so as to optimise not only the imaging but also the depth for a planned step-out well.
