Monarch Geophysical Services Ltd was established in 1996 from the expansion of Monarch Technical Services which Malcolm King formed in January 1991. The companies provide geophysical support to oil companies who need help managing their seismic surveys. Monarch will help with the planning, execution and quality control of Land or Marine, Onshore or Offshore surveys. Every client has different requirements and objectives and as a specialist company Monarch has a very flexible approach to each project – we tailor our services to each company's specific needs.
Within our team we have a knowledge and experience pool unsurpassed in our sector of the industry. We can address all the wide-ranging technical issues associated with land and marine seismic data under one roof.

A new Project Geophysicist, Dirk Fairclough, is joining Monarch on the 3rd October 2011. Dirk previously worked at ION-GXT and CGGVeritas. Dirk will bring the number of project geophysicists at Monarch to 10.
